Portrait shoots
Our portrait shoots last for two hours at our Leicestershire studio. Our shoots are very much a collaboration, first we prepares a plate, an aluminium sheet coated in silver, ready for your picture. We use the best studio lighting gear to make our pictures. We will then develop the image there and then and you will watch the picture emerge in the fixing bath.
Bespoke commissions
We love to work with other creatives and have been fortunate to have work on a number of projects with other collaborators making some great art projects. Drop us a line, we’d love to hear what you are up to and how we can work with you to create something unique.
On location
The Tintype Studio has a mobile darkroom and studio setup and we can shoot just about anywhere. If you got a cool event coming up and fancy something a bit out of the ordinary, or got a mad idea you’d like rendered as a tintype we can do it.
